How to master your emotions
Learn how to feel better by learning how to feel, better.
How do you feel about the way you feel? Are you looking for more calm, more space to breathe, more time and energy for you?Β
In the last while you have probably been faced with needing to juggle many new, different and ever changing responsibilities. In the face of unrelenting uncertainty a different set of tools and practices are required to continually manage and balance your own and others' state. In order to thrive in an uncertain, unstable world you need a reliable strategy to build emotional resilience and psychological robustness.
Very few of us have been taught about emotions or how to appropriately express, manage and regulate them. You may sometimes feel that you are at the mercy of your emotions, when in fact youΒ canΒ master your emotions.
This mini audio-course comprises 10 modules where you will learn about the science of how emotions are made, the importance of being able to regulate how you feel and a way to work with emotions that is both easy to learn and easy to use. You will be introduced toΒ Shape of Emotion, a model, process and tool of how we structure, store, represent and regulate our inner feeling states. You will be given an overview of the design ofΒ Shape of EmotionΒ as well as how it works.Β
Each lesson is framed by one or two of the twelve principles that underpin this work. At the end of each module a short practice will help consolidate the session and deepen your understanding and use ofΒ Shape of Emotion.Β
We hope that you will enjoy this experience.
Yours in feeling,
Matthew & Chantal
